Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Docotia Enterprises LLC ("Docotia," "we," "us") operates docotia.com and builds software under the Docotia Press, Docotia Labs, and Docotia Learning names. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.

We are a small family venture. We do not operate advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics profiles. We do not sell personal information. Full stop.

Information we collect

When you visit this website

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use that correspondence to reply and to keep a record of our discussion. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list without your agreement.

When you use one of our apps

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your own device. For example, entries you record in a liner or skin log, or notes and preferences inside a session-tracking app, are stored locally on your device. We do not receive, transmit, or store that data on our servers, because our servers do not exist for that purpose. If you delete the app, the data goes with it unless you have separately exported or backed it up yourself.

We do not collect personal or health information from users of our apps, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Google Workspace access used by our internal tools

We use a personal automation tool internally to run parts of this business — for example, reading and sending our own email, organizing files, and drafting documents. That tool connects to Google Workspace using OAuth, on our own Google account and on our own behalf. To be clear about what that means:

This is described here because Google's OAuth consent requirements ask us to be specific about what an integration can access and whose behalf it acts on.

How we use information

To operate our business: respond to you, deliver and improve our apps, sell and distribute our books, and keep our records. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build behavioral profiles.

Sharing

We share information only when a service provider cannot do the job without it — for example, our hosting provider, or the app stores that distribute our apps. These providers act under their own privacy terms. Beyond that, we may disclose information if legally required, and we will do so narrowly.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our business records. App data stays on your device and under your control. We do not maintain a historical store of your activity.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete correspondence we have no continuing reason to keep. You can revoke any Google authorization at any time. If you use one of our apps, deleting the app deletes its local data.

Some app store platforms (such as Apple's App Store) provide their own privacy reporting and tracking controls. We do not override those.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can be sent to [email protected]. Electronic mail is the fastest way to reach us, and we will respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
